	6-28-08 O'Reilly 200 Memphis Motorsports Park Well.....Ted is actually at Memphis this year. Last years bogus suspension sat Ted for this race. In the past Ted has finishes of ( 1-3-3-6-19-26 ) at this track. This year in the 1st practice Ted would be 10th quick with a speed of 114.582 mph. Then in the final practice he would be 4th quick with a speed of 115.198 mph. Qualifying would be before the race and Ted would end up 19th with a speed of 116.651 mph. There will be live updates this week for those without SpeedTv. Green Flag at 9:14 pm! Lap 3 and we see Ted is 16th and taking the low line around the track. Caution #1 as #30 Bodine spins behind Ted. Restart on lap 12 and Ted is 15th. Lap 24 and Ted is still 15th and 10 seconds back of the leader #23 Benson. Lap 29 and Ted is still 15th and now 14 seconds back. Caution #2 for debris on lap 35. Ted pits for 4 tires/fuel/adjustments. Ted reports that he is loose off. Restart on lap 40 and Ted is 23rd. Lap 45 and Ted is now 20th. Lap 48 and Ted is up to 17th. Caution #3 as Bodine has issues again. Ted pits for fuel only. Restart on lap 58 and Ted is 6th. Ted passes a truck for position going into the 1st turn for 5th. Lap 60 and Ted is now 4th. Lap 61 and #10 Gaughan spins on the track but NO caution. Lap 66 and Ted looses 2 spots to Hornaday and Benson and is now 6th. Caution #4 as #18 Setzer gets spun. Restart on lap 83 and Ted is 9th. On the restart Benson does not get up to speed and all have to avoid him. Lap 86 and Ted is now 6th after just missing the slow Benson on the track. #6 Braun was along side of Ted and he just missed Johnny. Lap 91 and Ted is now 7th. Lap 100 of 200 and Ted is 11th. 93 to go and Ted is now 14th. Ted seems to be up high a lot of the time. There are 26 trucks on the lead lap right now. 87 to go and Ted is still 14th. 79 to go and Ted is 20th. Caution #7 and #71 Lia spins by himself. All pit perhaps for the last time. Restart with 70 to go and Ted is 20th. 72 to go and Ted is 18th. Caution #8 for yet another spin involving Bodine. I really do not care for Speed's ticker. It is slow and there is too much space between the drivers names. They also just stop showing it sometimes. Here's a suggestion: Run a ticker like ESPN News. Keep the ticker running at the bottom of the screen even during commercials. I am sure they will put me in a padded room for such a thought that makes sense. Restart with 64 to go and Ted is 17th. 62 to go and Ted is 16th. 48 to go and Ted is now 14th. 36 to go and Ted is still 14th and 14 seconds back of the leader Hornaday. Caution #9 for a multi truck spin/wreck. Restart with 30 to go and Ted is 14th. 28 to go and #16 Scott makes it 3 wide with Ted in the middle. Ted gets bumped by #60 Cook from the inside and looses grip and drops back to 21st. 21 to go and Ted is 20th. Caution #10 for debris and Ted is 19th with 14 to go. Single file Restart with 8 to go. 22 trucks on the lead lap. Ted is now 20th with 7 to go. 5 to go and Ted is now 18th. 3 to go and Ted gets spun! #46 Allen got sideways under Ted and spun him. Ted is 22nd says the ticker. The race is Red Flagged on lap 199 of 200 setting up a green-white-checkered finish. The race would end and Ted would end up 20th. It seemed like the Team ASE/Harris Trucking Toyota was a touch off tonight. The wreck at the end didn't help any. Ted did finish on the lead lap and made it up to 4th at one point. On to Kentucky where I will predict right here right now a top-5 or better! You guys can get this season back on track and Kentucky is a great place to restart this season. KTF
