- Ted and the Team ASE crew are in Texas this week for a night race.
- Ted has raced at Texas 12 times with finishes of 2-3-5-6-6-7-10-11-13-14-14-14.
- First practice had Ted 11th quick (177.754 mph).
- Final practice had Ted 23rd quick (174.995 mph).
- Ted would then qualify 24th for the race (177.995 mph).
- The green flag will fly at 9pm friday est.
- I will be putting up live updates during the commercials for this race.
- The chat room will be open as well.

- On to the race.....
- Engines started at 9:11 and we see Ted has an onboard camera this week.
- Green flag flies at 9:20!
- Lap 3 and Ted is up to 19th.
- Lap 5 Ted is 18th.
- Lap 6 Ted is now 16th and 5 seconds back of the leader Todd Bodine.
- Caution #1 #51 Kelly Sutton wrecks.
- We find out that Jack Sprague passed to the left on the restart and did NOT get a penalty.
- NASCAR deemed that the trucks ahead did not get going on the restart.
- Hmmmm seems to me a certain someone we know did the same thing and WAS penalized.
- Cost him a championship too.
- Restart on lap 16 and Ted is 16th.
- Caution #2 as #99 Darnell smokes.
- Ted pits with the leaders, looks like a 4 tire stop with fuel.
- Restart on lap 24 and Ted is 15th.
- Seven trucks stayed out and Ted and Team ASE gained a spot!
- Lap 26 and Ted is 12th.
- Caution #3 as #60 Sprague spins from a flat tire.
- Restart on lap 31 and Ted is 14th.
- Lap 34 and Ted is 15th.
- Lap 37 and Ted is 18th.
- Lap 41 and Ted is 19th.
- We are hearing that Todd Bodine is having an issue getting fuel to the engine.
- We also hear that other Toyota's have had similar issues this weekend.
- Lap 49 and Ted is 24th.
- Lap 60 and Ted is 23rd and last truck on the lead lap.
- Lap 63 and Johnny Benson blows up and no caution.
- Ted goes one lap down at the same time but now in 22nd.
- Lap 67 and Ted is 21st and 1st truck a lap down.
- Caution #4 for a multi-truck wreck.
- Ted gets the Lucky Dog! whewwwwww
- Ted pitted but I don't know what he got or why he is so far back.
- Restart on lap 88 and Ted is 18th.
- Lap 92 and Ted is 16th.
- Lap 96 and Ted is 14th.
- Lap 106 and Ted is 16th of 17 trucks on the lead lap.
- Lap 122 and Ted is still 16th and about to get lapped for a 2nd time today.
- Lap 134 and Ted is now 15th and 2nd truck a lap down.
- With 23 to go Ted is 14th.
- It seems Ted may be slower but is running about as fast as the leaders late in a run.
- Trucks are making the final pit stops.
- 19 to go and Ted is pitting.
- 14 to go and Ted is 13th.
- Caution #5 for a couple of trucks wrecking (#50 and #77).
- Restart with 5 to go and Ted is 12th.
- Caution #6 as #6 Kvapil is spun by #30 Todd Bodine.
- Travis was blocking him it wasn't Todd's fault.
- Green with 3 to go and Ted is 10th.
- Todd Bodine wins.
- Ted finishes 9th.
- Ted is now 5th in points and -278 back.
- Not sure what the issue was today, when I find out I will update this report.
- It seemed like they kept working in the right direction all night.
- Todd got a win now its Ted's turn.
- On to Michigan and Milwaukee.
- Good tracks for Ted in the past.
- I will be at these races and will try to give daily updates.
- No live updates of the races however.
